Stabilizes the
clearBlockSelectioneditor setting, which previously had an experimental prefix. This setting was introduced in a contributor PR - #44517.Why?
With WordPress 6.2 approaching, experimental APIs should be stabilized or locked.
How?
Remove the __experimental prefix.
Testing Instructions
There should be no change in the behavior in trunk.
