Following up on last week's Block-based Themes meeting, this PR adds some clarification and updates to the Block-based Themes documentation:
postIDattribute that exists in exported template parts created in the full-site editor.wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wp_template screensdon’t reflect any templates that are bundled with the actual theme.
