Description

There is a bug in the editor's style section when viewed in different responsive modes. Specifically, when the editor is opened in laptop responsive view, the style label is displayed correctly (once) in the style section of the sidebar. However, when switching to tablet responsive view, the style label is displayed twice in the style section sidebar.

This bug causes confusion as the duplicated label can affect the user experience.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open the Gutenberg editor.
2. In the top-right corner, click on the "Style" button to open the style section in the sidebar.
3. Switch to the laptop responsive view.
   • Observe that the "Style" label appears only once in the style section of the sidebar.
4. Now, switch the responsive view to tablet mode.
5. Open the style section in the sidebar.
   • Bug: Notice that the "Style" label appears twice in the sidebar.
