Check the options menu for Reusable blocks

Description

When setting up the top toolbar in WordPress content editing and inserting Reusable Blocks into the content, I want to unlink the template text from the Reusable Block. By selecting the option "Unlink Pattern" through the three dots in the top panel, the menu where this option was offered remains displayed and does not automatically hide.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. I set up the top toolbar in content editing.
   

2. I insert a reusable block into the content.
   

3. I want to detach the reusable block via the menu. I select three dots and I choose to detach patterns.
   

4. The menu remains expanded.
   

5. Once I click on the three dots, the menu with the options will hide.

6. If the toolbar panel is not set on the top bar, it functions correctly, and the menu always hides automatically.
