What problem does this address?

Currently, the only way to adjust how an image file is displayed in the block without changing the whole block structure by increasing and decreasing the media width, or editing the image elsewhere.

What is your proposed solution?

If the user selected an image as the media file, the block should give the option to set a fixed aspect ratio for the image, similar to what's available in the Image Block.
