Unlock blocks from list view

Locked blocks are marked as such in List View:

Clicking the lock however does nothing, which can be frustrating.

It would be nice if clicking the lock in list view opened the lock modal, as it does in the toolbar:

@jasmussen also mentioned this, but since the "Options" dropdown is right next to the icon, I thought this wasn't necessary.

That's a fair point, but I totally forgot about that 😆

I think it's probably a learned habit. In all design software I've encountered, lock icons in layer panels are interactive – click to lock / unlock.

It might be good to aim for consistency with the lock icon, IE if it's visible in the UI, it is clickable to view/edit the lock status.
