With new updated gutenberg Version 12.2.0. custom color picker

1. Found scrolling issue while changing color options from HEX to RGB or HSL. Panel options go out of bottom screen edge.
2. Also alpha value (transparency option missing for any solid color).

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to change color in setting panel
2. Click on text/background/link color option
3. Click on Custom color
4. Click on show detailed input
5. Change HEX to RGB or HSL
