Description

The block title is left-aligned in the inserter menu but it should be center-aligned.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Create a reusable block in the web version of the editor and set a long name for the block.
2. Open a post/page in the native version.
3. Tap on the ➕ icon to display the inserter menu.
4. Navigate to the Reusable tab.
5. Observe that the reusable block is displayed in the list.
6. Observe that the reusable block's title is not center-aligned.

Expected behaviour

Block title should be center-aligned in the inserter menu.

Actual behaviour

Block title is not center-aligned in the inserter menu.
