Bottom sheet: The slider doesn't update the value instantly

Description

When moving the slider, the value, that is located at the right of the element, doesn't get updated instantly. Instead looks like it's animating it with some delay (check attached video record).

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a Cover block.
2. Insert any image.
3. Open the block settings by tapping on the ⚙️ button.
4. Tap on the Color button.
5. Go to the Gradient tab.
6. Pick any gradient.
7. Tap on Customize Gradient.
8. Move the Angle slider quickly from left to right multiple times.
9. Observer that when the slider is released, the value keeps changing.

Expected behaviour

The value should change instantly.

Actual behaviour

The value changes after some delay.

I'm still able to replicate this, moving the Angle slider quickly from left to right multiple times leads to the number changing rapidly.
