Prepare the branch for v0.2.0 release

This PR prepares the branch to release v0.2.0 milestone:

• Replaces @since n.e.x.t with @since 0.2.0
• Fixes some coding style incompatibilities with WordPress core detected during sync attempt tracked in Abilities API: Implement server-side registry with REST API endpoints wordpress-develop#9410.
