Easier way to edit users' points

Right now you have to go to their profile. Not a bad experience, but it could be smoother. If you edit points manually often, I can see that it would become a real chore.

Well, you shouldn't be doing that, really. I don't think we should introduce this as a core feature without a better reason. Let's put it off for now.

There are legitimate reasons to want to manually alter a user's points occasionally. There are also times when an admin might want to be able to easily review how many points there users have. In the interest of #579, I think it makes sense to provide a user points dashboard for the admin.

Here is what is currently there for an admin on a user's profile screen:

Problems:

• You first have to find the user and then go to their profile screen.
• You have to remember to check a checkbox.
• You have to manually do the math (often you just want to add/subtract a specific number of points).
• Overall the UI is ugly.
• No direct feedback in regard to points when saving the profile.
