Cluster/Struct Support

Would like to support Cluster

This combined with FXP type support should ideally be done by utilising generated C code by the NI FPGA code.

This means parsing it out of the header and compiling the symbols for linking as well.

Need to confirm if this is supported in arrays as well. If not we probably need a split trait for types that support arrays and those that support simple registers.
