- T2: ImportModels flow now uses ReplaceModels (unchecked models are deleted
  instead of merged); manual model entry still uses incremental ImportModels.
- T3: Provider drawer adds a 'Model Management' section listing imported
  models with per-row remove; deleteModel reuses ReplaceModels and falls back
  selectedModelId to the first remaining model.
- T1: Watch ~/.piswitch/config.json and ~/.pi/agent/settings.json via
  fsnotify; debounced 300ms reload emits 'pi:config-changed' to the frontend
  which calls reloadConfig. Self-writes are ignored for 800ms to avoid loops.
- Bump version to 0.0.0.10.
