Update to pymodbus v3.0.0

Describe the current behavior
Currently pinned to pymodbus==2.5.3

What should be updated or changed?
Update to pinning to pymodbus==3.0.0

Additional context
pymodbus 3.0.0 contains significant changes. The following issues are possibly related to modbus communications:

• Connection time out #57
• ModbusTcpClient(redacted:1502): Connection unexpectedly closed #80
• Error: filedescriptor out of range in select() #24

Until a PR is ready for a pre-release to install through HACS, the branch can be downloaded to manually install and try it:

I will keep the pymodbus-dev branch tracked to main while I work on testing it since the 3.0.0 release contains significant changes and I want to make sure it continues to behave the same. Anyone who wants to test it please report problems in this issue.
