Remove adoption reference from SAS homepage

Remove adoption features from SAS homepage and unpublish adoption pages

Changes Made

• Commented out all external references to adoptananimal.jsp across the codebase
• Commented out all external references to createadoption.jsp across the codebase
• Removed "Adopt a Shark" buttons from index.jsp
• Deleted "How Can I Help?" section from index.jsp

Files Modified

• adoptionform.jsp - Commented CSS link to createadoption.css and redirect to createadoption.jsp
• adoptions/emailAlterAdoption.jsp - Commented CSS link to createadoption.css
• confirmSubmit.jsp - Commented link to adoptananimal.jsp
• header.jsp - Commented navigation links to adoptananimal.jsp and CSS link to createadoption.css
• index.jsp - Deleted adoption button and "How Can I Help?" section
• individualAdoptionEmbed.jsp - Commented link to createadoption.jsp
• oneTimeDonation.jsp - Commented CSS link to createadoption.css

User Impact

• Adoption pages are no longer accessible through normal site navigation
• All "Adopt a Shark" buttons and links have been removed from user-facing pages
• "How Can I Help?" section with adoption information removed from homepage
• Users cannot navigate to adoption functionality.
