Release HA Proxy Panel 1.6.0

What changed

• releases panel firmware 1.6.0 with combined project and Home Assistant ESPHome update notifications
• keeps every update message below the separator and animates it from bottom to top
• adds brightness control, OLED Care, title scrolling, and the update indicator
• adds the complete Windows manager workflow for discovery, secure Home Assistant onboarding, Device Builder setup, and selected-panel OTA updates
• bundles ESPHome 2026.7.4 and all runtime data in the standalone Windows executable
• updates the README and GitHub Pages instructions

Why

The manager needed to support a complete first-time and existing-device workflow while preserving panel identity, sensor sources, security mode, display rotation, and live Home Assistant integration state.

Validation

• GitHub manager, ESPHome, and website checks pass
• 10 manager tests pass
• standalone EXE opens and discovers both live panels
• packaged ESPHome compiled and uploaded firmware to both house panels
• both panels report firmware 1.6.0 and ESPHome 2026.7.4 in Home Assistant
• first-floor encrypted API and second-floor legacy plaintext API were preserved
• no temporary secrets.yaml remains
