[BUG][Regression] Df tried to escalate during a SF session with live agent.

This issue was originally fixed by: https://github.com/WideChat/Apps.Dialogflow/pull/80/files
But recently we saw it again. Alexander confirmed that the fix is still in our current master branch, so maybe we hit an edge case we missed?

So far we've only seen it once, so it is not prevalent or easily reproducible we think.

Is it that the guest request for chat transcript during the waiting period triggered a message to the DF.app? Maybe that's the edge case?
