Install apt add repository in Pengwin

It is important to take into account that Pengwin is Debian based so any how-to out there about Debian probably will work with Pengwin. It is not an exception. To install apt-add-repository do the same procedure as for Debian:

sudo apt-get install software-properties-common

Add a custom footer
