Does Webex Contact Center provide API to integrate within our Web App.

API we are looking for

  1. From the call control, is there way we can stream Closed Caption or transcript from Webex CC to our Web APP
  2. API to create modify agent?
  3. API to create modify queue?
  4. API to create call flow?
