Fix Linux-based GH Actions test #8

We run into some errors when trying to run tests on Linux through GitHub Actions: https://github.com/WayScience/nViz/actions/runs/12958891053/job/36150162318
This appears to have something to do with system dependencies but I'm unsure. Seems related to napari/napari#7380
