Add IC image integration capabilities for LanceDB dataset

In my mind, this PR doesn't mean the work is completed but is one step towards "piecemeal growth". Next steps after a merge would I believe entail creating IC images based on the original frames extracted (and storing these in LanceDB) ...

IC images notes from conversation with @jenna-tomkinson:

• The selected frame must have also two additional frames extracted in order to use BasicPy for IC.
• The additional frames are either before or after the frame, depending on the target frame (whether there are earlier or later frames to extract).
• 3 frames are sent to BasicPy for IC, which produces a single corrected frame as a numpy array(?)
• The resulting numpy array is converted into uint8 from a float type.
