ISP CRM System is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management software tailored specifically for Internet Service Providers. It allows ISPs to efficiently manage their customers, employees, and support tickets, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Company Admin Module: Administrators can manage the entire system, including adding/editing employees, managing customer accounts, and overseeing support operations.
- Customer Module: Customers can create accounts, view their service details, submit support tickets, rate their experiences, and manage their profiles.
- Employee Module: Company employees can access customer information, handle support tickets, and communicate with customers to resolve their issues effectively.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Backend: PHP
- Database: MySQL
- Other: XAMPP for local development environment setup, OTP generation for email verification.
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/isp-crm.git - Set up your XAMPP environment and import the MySQL database dump provided in the
databasefolder. - Configure your database connection in
config.php. - Start your XAMPP server and navigate to the project directory in your browser.
- Company Admin: Login with admin credentials to access the admin dashboard, where you can manage employees, customers, and support tickets.
- Customers: Customers can register/login to access their dashboard, view service details, submit support tickets, and rate their experiences.
- Employees: Employees can log in to handle support tickets, view customer information, and communicate with customers.
