[Low priority] | Proper cleanup after cancelling a processing job

Trying to benchmark a freshly deployed embedder instance, I decided to cancel a processing job to see how it handles it.

I uploaded a video which it started to process; I then immediately canceled it, expecting the ffmpeg job to stop and cleanup in-order to clear up some resources.
It unfortunately decided to continue with the processing, and it never deleted the file afterwards.

I added a "low priority" to the title since this seems like a rare occurrence for many to cancel mid-processing.
