What: share one SSE connection across in-page subscriptions and across tabs via a browser leader election (SharedWorker / leader-election lib).
Context: each liveQuery opens its own SSE connection today; many subscriptions/tabs multiply connections against the server. A leader tab/worker holding one connection and fanning out cuts server load and client overhead.
Scope: per-topic in-page multiplexing + cross-tab leader election. Shares substrate with the shared client cache (filed alongside).
