What: support ingest and/or query results in formats beyond JSON — CSV first.
Context: ingest is JSON-only today (the handler decodes a JSON map) and query results marshal to JSON (structured_query.go carries an "eventually we want CSV support etc" TODO). CSV unlocks spreadsheet/export and bulk-load workflows.
Scope: decide directions (ingest, query output, or both) and the negotiation mechanism (content-type vs. explicit param). Pairs with the NDJSON work.
