Forward movie files to add

It would be ideal to be able to forward a movie file to the bot for it to download and add it to plex
Can this be done?

I don't think I fully understand what you want to achieve with Addarr. Do you want to upload a movie file in Telegram so it gets added to your Plex library? Cause I don't see this possible with the Telegram upload limit of 2GB. Most movie files are above 2GB if you want a reasonable quality.

well.. there are a lot of telegram channels with movies already uploaded, so ideally i think Addarr could receive the forwarded file ask for the Title and download locally the file into the plex server.

This way if i come across a movie that i like on telegram, i just can forward it to the bot, and the bot will take care of downloading the file and adding it to plex.
