I'm a software engineer with a passion for building cool stuff and solving real-world problems with code. I was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco ๐ฒ๐ฆ, and now Iโm studying Computer Science and Philosophy at Tufts University in Boston ๐. Along the way, Iโve studied abroad in Italy ๐ฎ๐น and will soon be studying in Hong Kong ๐ญ๐ฐโI love exploring new places and stepping out of my comfort zone!
Right now, Iโm a Software Engineer Intern at Homebase, where Iโm building responsive, user-friendly websites using Next.js, Sanity, and AWS. I enjoy everything from designing the front-end to integrating back-end APIs. I'm also passionate about backend development and have worked on several projects using C/C++, including creating image processing tools, developing simulation systems, and building file compression programs. Whether itโs crafting efficient algorithms for large-scale data or designing programs that are performant, I love the challenges that come with backend engineering! ๐ง
In my free time, you'll probably find me playing basketball ๐, reading a good book ๐, or thinking about new projects to build. I'm always excited to learn something new, whether it's a programming language, a tool, or a fresh perspective on solving problems!
