Deck Editor Scroll and Naming Tweaks

On Android touchscreens, the deck selection scroll is ridiculously fast. Video for reference.

Also, Renaming decks is a little tough to type on phones and small touchscreens.

Describe the solution you'd like
Slower android scrolling while selecting decks in editor and gameplay deck selections would be nice!

Also, I suggest increasing keyboard size to more completely fill the screen during renaming decks.
I also suggest a QWERTY layout if possible
