[BUG] vibrate() does not work at all on Android 9

Steps To Reproduce

1. In scripting, make showToast() and vibrate() script
2. Let the app run the script

Expected behavior

vibrate(2,true) trigger the vibration.

Actual behavior

Does not vibrate at all. Tried 1 or 3, same result. The phone is not in do-not-disturb mode. Other app like Fossify Phone can vibrate correctly.

Hi,
So far, I have not been able to reproduce this, it seems to work fine on all the devices I tested with. Does this problem also exist when you run a shortcut from within the app, or only when you click a shortcut on the home screen?
