[DownstreamTester] precompilation failure of HTTP.jl

DownstreamTester currently fails to precompile while trying to precompile the HTTP.jl dependency.

#200 fixes the problem, but due to our tests taking around 45 minutes we don't have enough hours left today.

Therefore, to keep daily log history somewhat intact I copied yesterdays log for a dummy run of today.

The issue is also fixed in the master branch of HTTP,
so we can remove the hack from yesterdays PR once a new version is released.

Update: A new version of PrecompileTools was released that fixed the problem.
DownstreamTester is running through again 🎉
