PatchGuard Disabler

This is the work of the DisPG project @ https://github.com/tandasat/PgResarch . I just recompiled for a lesser build of Windows and compressed it nicely in a zip file. Until i have implemented PatchGuard disabling functionality in TestSpoof, this will have to suffice. As such, it will be deleted after.
