Set up ubuntu virtualbox to run emulators

Read this article and follow the steps ( https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=99390 )
Make sure to check the Vbox>Settings>System>Processor>Enable Nested Virtualization box

Do not be afraid if this breaks physical host services You can revert by

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
revert the group permissions disabling step in the link above
go to ConsolePannel>Programs>Turn Windows features On/Off>Hyper-V Disable and restart. Then enable and restart.
