plot_phosphenes_on_array is wrong for scikit-image >= 0.14 #7
Description
Instructions say to install 0.13, but still - what changed from 0.13 to 0.14 that has such a grave impact on the result?? Where's the exact problem (scale/rotate phosphene? or just in the plotting?)
