[Doc] stroke visual type is not complete

### Current Behavior

目前 null 和 false 在 stroke 视觉通道上的表现不一致（例如配置 Line.point.style.stroke 时），但是视觉通道类型定义里缺少了 null 的定义。

补充 null 的类型定义。
