(Generators) Implement the Tutorial as a Global Module

Moving the Tutorial from the DTR Generator scope to the global scope will allow implementation of Tutorial to all the sub-applications and even The Hub.

The base code is already in the DTR Gen's script and just needs to be converted into an ESM script.

Feature applied in beta version release v1.1.0-beta.1. As no issues are found, this will be closed and is now guaranteed to be in the release v1.1.0.
