The image doesn't show up in the preview but maybe that's because it's in a branch? As a sub section on this could add NT prediction specific? Neurotransmitter predicitons from Eckstein et al., 2024 only include: acetylcholine, glutamate, GABA, dopamine, serotonin and octopamine. We only show the predicted neurotransmitter with the highest confidence for each neuron, note therefore that in some cases the labelled neurotransmitter may have a similar confidence value to a lower-ranked prediction. |

Maybe also worth noting that one of those neurotransmitters will always have a highest confidence value even if the neuron expresses none of them? Optic lobe has 'unclear' but I'm not sure about the others. |
