Expands the roadmap and status in MASTER_TASK_LOG.md.

• Updates project metrics: MCP Servers 13, Total Lines ~6,500; adds Social Platforms and Git Automation Tools counts
• Adds four new sections with 26 tasks: Discord Enhancements, WordPress Enhancements, Social Media Expansion, Agent Public Presence
• Logs 2025-12-29 completions: git_automation_server.py (15 tools), social_media_server.py (9 tools), and multi-platform posting integrations (Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram)
• Extends task labels with DISCORD, WP, SOCIAL, PUBLIC
• Refreshes Last Updated date
