Bug Description

No music is playing in any dimension , joining 1.21.11 server and no issues

1.21.8 Survival Server

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Options - Music & Sounds - Set Music Frequency to "Constant" and Music Toast to "Pause Menu" or "Pause Menu and Toast"
2. You will hear Music Playing and Toast Showing in Main Menu
3. Join 1.21.11 Server
4. Music and Toast will play and show fine
5. Now join Server on <= 1.21.10
6. No Music and No Toast

Expected Behavior

Music should play normally
