setuptools for testing and packaging

Hi,

I created a package along with a setup.py installation process so that local installation (e.G. in a virtualenv) and effortless testing is now possible.

I also renamed the package from verbal_expressions (was the module name) to verbalexpressions (is now the package name) because pep8 discourages using underscores in package names (http://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0008/#package-and-module-names).

The next step would be to register/upload the package on PyPI. I can do it, but I'd have to think of something to transfer the credentials to you.

That's great! Actually I wrote the VerEx class and @diogobeda wrote the tests . I think you'd better add us to that author list. And I think you can upload it yourself. Thank you !
