[Enhancement] Interview Round Reminder Notifications

Problem

Users can track interview rounds, but there is currently no reminder system to help them prepare for upcoming interviews.

Proposed Solution

Add reminder notifications for scheduled interview rounds.

Features

• Notify users 24 hours before an interview round.
• Notify users 1 hour before an interview round.
• Display an "Upcoming Interview" badge on the dashboard.
• Show the next scheduled interview round in a dashboard widget/card.

Benefits

• Helps users stay prepared.
• Reduces chances of missing interview rounds.
• Improves the usefulness of the Interview Tracking feature.

Possible Implementation

• Use scheduled notifications based on interview date/time.
• Add upcoming-round indicators in the dashboard UI.
• Support browser notifications and in-app reminders.

Additional Notes

This feature complements the existing Interview Round Tracking functionality without duplicating it.

I would like to work on a complementary enhancement: Interview Round Reminder Notifications (24-hour and 1-hour reminders along with upcoming interview indicators).

Heads-up: PR #72 already added day-before (9am) and morning-of interview reminders via useInterviewReminders + UpcomingInterviewsWidget. This issue originally asked for 24h / 1h notifications.

Before assignment, please comment with:

1. Whether you want to extend the existing reminder logic (and how — exact 24h/1h vs current behavior), or
2. A revised scope if the PR feat: interview rounds epic follow-ups #72 behavior is sufficient (we can close or narrow the issue).
