[Feature] Fix Discord's navigation appearance glitches #4511

A clear and concise description of the feature you'd like to see
Using Discord's navigation buttons (alt + left, alt + right) or the mouse key back/forward buttons causes the zoom level to be briefly set to 100%, before reverting to the actual setting
Marked as a feature request, not a bug, since this is an issue with base Discord. Happens with flatpak Discord & AUR Discord on Linux running CachyOS w/ KDE Plasma (up to date)

- I've searched existing issues and this hasn't been suggested before
- This is a core modification feature, not a plugin request (those go in Discord)
- This feature would benefit most users, not just a specific use case
- I am willing to work on this myself

I think this might be a KDE or Electron issue or something like that? I remember something like that. It works fine for me on GNOME without resizing
