Ability to resize your own webcam view in calls AND popout windows

Plugin Description

A plugin that enables me to change the size of my webcam preview or just remove my camera completely. While I am on call with people with my webcam on but the view is popped out, if the window is too small my face will completely obstruct their face or view. this is even the case when i do not even have my camera on.
Similar to the new discord update that allows you to resize the window while in other servers except make it work in popout mode with the actual camera preview
