- Update to support additional fsevents versions, now supports 1, 2 and 3. - Sometimes there is more than one SLD block in the file, support for this has also been added. - Also fetches file_id (inode) if present (v2 and v3).

Fix incorrect test output. There are two events in the test file.

This adds the extractions of fields Uid, Gid and UUID to the artifact, thus enabling other artefacts to simply get this information from here. It will also be consistent with the Linux users artifact which also provides uid and gid.
