Application is a little bit more flexible so we should provide guidelines rather than a strict one size fits all approach.
Identification can be flexible, the UUID doesn't need to match across integrations if the integrator doesn't care. Of course as WARPS goal is to transfer info across integrations we shouldn't make that a happy path.
