📌 Description

I'd like to showcase my professional certifications in my portfolio. This section should list various certifications I have completed, including course name, issuing organization, date of completion, and a link to the certificate if available.

• A new Certifications section on the homepage or a separate page.

• Each certification card/item should include:

  • 🏆 Certification title
  • 🏛 Issued by (platform or organization)
  • 📅 Date of completion
  • 🔗 Optional: Link to view certificate

• Responsive design (mobile/tablet/desktop).

• Use consistent styling with the rest of the portfolio (match with existing theme/fonts/colors).

• Preferably add animation or transition for card appearance (optional but appreciated).
