Good day! After an update in Steam Gui, my snap is in a state, where it can be neither started, nor uninstalled. May you indicate, what can be done with it?

My case seems analogous to the one reported at:
#13432

In the same time, my distribution and version of Steam are different. Hopefully, my attempts can provide additional information.
