Restructuring of the details and announcements section to make it more understandable which information is required at which dates.
New addition of information and announcement deadlines for Open Qualifiers.
So far changes to Open Qualifiers were possible at any time, as long as the announcement deadline for the main event has not passed. There had been limited instances of this occuring.
To avoid cases where Qualifier details are shifted, new announcement deadlines are included for them.
