[All] "find" console command not found after issuing "_restart"

Affects all Source Engine titles.

After restarting any Source Engine game with the _restart console command, the find command can no longer be used, giving the error that it's an unknown command.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch any Source Engine game and type "find" into the developer console to verify it autocompletes and exists. Additionally, note the total convars/concommands with cvarlist
2. Restart the game with _restart
3. Observe how find can no longer be found, and cvarlist lists 1 fewer command
