[TF2] Steam in Latin American Spanish shows TF2 items in English

As the title says, if the Steam client, Steam website, or Steam account is set to Latin American Spanish, the TF2 items are in English. This happens despite TF2 having supported Latin American Spanish since the Summer 2024 update.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that when purchasing an item from the Mann Co. Store, the item name also appears in English. However, if TF2 is set to another language (e.g., Russian), the item name is displayed correctly in the localized language.
