[BUG] WebAuth login with 2FA get `KeyError: 'transfer_parameters'`

Description
Login using WebAuth get KeyError

Steps to Reproduce the behavior

import steam.webauth
account = steam.webauth.WebAuth(my_username, my_password)
account_session = account.login(twofactor_code="9BASD")

But I got KeyError: 'transfer_parameters'

I've checked the login response which is resp: {'success': True, 'requires_twofactor': False, 'login_complete': True}

Hi everyone. Didnt find any soultion except workaround in WebAuth file.
So i added a variable steam_id_base = '' to a class WebAuth, and changed _finalize_login method. Now it looks like this:

def _finalize_login(self, login_response):
        try:
            self.steam_id = SteamID(login_response['transfer_parameters']['steamid'])
        except KeyError as e:
            if(self.steam_id_base != ''):
                self.steam_id = SteamID(self.steam_id_base)

All you need to do now is to add this steam_id_base after initializing class object. Like this:

user = wa.WebAuth('login')
user.steam_id_base = 'steamID'

Now the code will work. You can just download my file and replace it in library folder.

I pushed a PR to fix this. Until it is merged, feel free to use my fork, or copy over the code from the PR to your code.
